Our Daytime Real Estate Photography package is the cornerstone of any successful property listing. Starting at just $150, this package gives you up to 13 crisp, full-HD photos covering both the interior and exterior of your property. Shot in High Dynamic Range (HDR), these photos ensure your listing stands out in today’s competitive market.
Need to elevate your property even further? Take your listing to new heights with our Aerial Photography add-on. For an additional $50, we'll capture five (5) breathtaking aerial views of your property, making it stand out in any listing. Show off the landscaping, the pool, the neighborhood, and the unique features that ground-level shots just can't capture. When it comes to making a lasting impression, the sky's the limit.
Not enough? Let’s put your property in the spotlight. Our Highlight Reel service starts at $75, and is tailored for social media impact, offering a condensed but compelling look at your property's best features shot in 9:16 to be featured on the most popular social platforms. Perfect for piquing interest and driving engagement, you’ll receive two 9:16 videos up to 30 seconds long featuring the hottest trending audio. This service brings out the "wow" factor in any listing.
Already have your content, just need some editing power? We’ll craft your videos by using our same process as if we were there. Just add them to a shared google drive folder and allow two to three business days for processing. To view this service, click here.
Daytime Real Estate Photography: The base package, starting at $150, covers up to Thirteen (13) high-definition interior and exterior photos in total. Any additional requirements will incur separate charges.
On-Site Sessions: The service includes up One (1) hour of photography within a 30-minute distance from the home address at no extra charge.
Additional Services: Extras like aerial drone photography, video walkthroughs, and social media packages will be charged according to the details laid out in the main service agreement.
Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance, through the scheduling app and last-minute changes are subject to availability.
Content: All created content up to 50GB sent in a shareable Google Drive folder. The client is responsible for downloading and storage of data. Please note that after thirty (30) days, all content will be removed and deleted from the shared folder.
