This does not include the photo or video shoot, drone photography or videography, but additional video editing and drone services can be purchased separately.

This does not include any photo editing or extensive video editing such as color, noise and lighting correction, but can be purchased separately at half (1/2) the rate per hour.

Client will receive video via secure link from my server.

Please allow three (3) business days for photo editing. Editing start time will take place 24 hours after selection by client is made and the list is emailed.

Client may pay an additional fee to reserve his or her video from being used by any of my other real estate clients.
