Regular Posting: One (1) entity with two (2) connected social seats.

Entities are brands or businesses, artists & bands, writers. Seats are referred to as platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. Additional social seats can be purchased at $50 per platform. Any content posted by JRM will only be posted through the agreed upon seats, in accordance to your specific Monthly Marketing package post frequency. Additional posting to outside agreed upon platforms and package details will be charged at an hourly rate, with a minimum of one (1) hour per request. Content must be given unless created by JRM or the Media Factory South. Client may request multiple posts/uploads at a time in the same purchase.

Clickable URLs: URLs must be specified by the client before the post is created.

Geo and User Tags: Locations must be specified by the client, if Jason R. Mitchell or a member of the Media Factory South is not present.

Website Touch-ups: Updates and Touch-ups include adding photos and video, text to the site. This does not include any type of re-design.

On-Site Sessions: Up to two On site sessions within thirty minutes from home address are no additional cost.

Additional on site sessions and sessions outside of thirty minutes from home address can be booked in the scheduling app by selecting the “Content Creation” option. Site visits over four hours total will be charged a day rate of $500 and can also be scheduled on the app as well.

Strategy Talks: Strategy calls will be hosted by Jason R. Mitchell via Google Meet and scheduled out at the time of onboarding.

Calls will last up to 30 minutes, where we will review the previous months analytics as well as plan for the following months strategy and site visits.

Ads Management: PPC ads on socials and or Google will be charged at an additional rate. Ad rates can be purchased every $50 and will have a $25 set up fee.

Content Safekeeping: All content up to 50GB created by Jason R. Mitchell or a member of the Media Factory South will be stored and labeled inside of a shareable Google drive folder.

Client will be asked to create a shareable Google drive folder and grant Jason R. Mitchell or a member of the Media Factory South “editor” permissions to it. After the folder has been set up, Jason R. Mitchell or a member of the Media Factory South will add additional folders to it when full frame content is shot. Any produced social content will not be added to it, unless specified by the client and agreed upon by both parties. In the event of separation the client should remove Jason R. Mitchell or any members of the Media Factory South from the shared folder. If Jason R. Mitchell or a member of the Media Factory South has created the folder, the client will have thirty (30) days from time of cancelation to download their content.

Analytics: Monthly analytics can be added on to this service by selecting “yes” on the dropdown menu. Analytics will be delivered five (5) business days after the last day of the month for the accounts that I manage, or have been signed up for in your monthly marketing package.

All content, including but not limited to designs, graphics, images, text, videos, and other materials produced or created by Jason R. Mitchell, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Jason R. Mitchell. While the rights to use the content are granted to the client, ownership, title, and intellectual property rights shall remain with Jason R. Mitchell.

Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of the content without the express written consent of Jason R. Mitchell is strictly prohibited. Clients are permitted to use the content in accordance with the terms agreed upon, but no transfer of ownership or rights is implied or granted beyond this use.
