Publishing Company, Rebel Run Music was founded by the late Dan Mitchell, most notably know for co-writing hit song “If You're Gonna Play in Texas (You Gotta Have a Fiddle in the Band)” for country super group Alabama. Mitchell passed suddenly in 2019, with his son Jason R. Mitchell carrying on the catalog.
In the spring of 2023 Mitchell released his fathers last song “It’ll Die With You” as the debut song, to not only the launch of the label devision of Rebel Run Music but to carry on his afters legacy with additional songs slated in the coming months.
