2022 Sports Sessions
If you follow me on social, you may have seen the video where I said “this years posters and design was gonna blow your mind” so without further ado, I give you this years posters, or a better way to put it…project.
Since I was little, I’ve always collected trading cards (hell, Jackson and I now have an card/memorabilia shop called All Pro Collectible) and have loved completing sets and trading them with friends. But how cool would it be to be able to trade a card, of you, with your friends and family. Yea, that would be fine. But what if it was animated and digital so you could always have it on you and you could collect your team and your friends cards as well. Insert dramatic pause here…
You may have heard the term NFT floating around and been wondering about it. The most simplistic explanation is, it’s basically it’s a digital piece of art or IP. Well friends, I give you this years project both as a digital download for print as well as an animated double sided card in a limited NFT format.
I’m crazy excited about this…
The digital download image, will still be formatted for a 24x36 poster and start out at $50 per pose, with additional options and comes print ready.
By request, you will now be able to pick your background as well as the number of poses. Each Poster again starts out at $50 with one pose and then goes up $25 each additional pose, with the maximum number of poses per individual player card is four.
Team Photos will have the option of one or two composit images. A standard team photo, or a composit team photo on top of the standard team photo. To be able to do the composit image, each player on the team must do an individual session with at least one image.
The card will have animated graphics and other awesome stuff. You’re just gonna have to wait and see. These NFTs will be available at the end of the season on a platform called opensea. You will need to OPT in for this at the time of your shoot. You will need to sign a good ‘ol fashion piece of paper stating you want this done and acknowledge that there are multiple “cards” being made and available to purchase. This means that other people will be able to collect your child or children’s digital cards.
Most importantly. I started doing these cards as a way to make our kids feel like stars after a season of stops, starts, hurricanes and pandemics. Having the ability to give back to the community and invest in them is why I do this. I’ve been working with a lot of leagues and organizations and will continue to donate a portion of the game photos back. This year I will be donating back to Bayside Little League.
